01.April 2024 – 30.June 2024: Guided tours daily at 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m
01.July 2024 – 01.November 2024: Guided tours daily at 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm
We are pleased to be able to make the unique history of the Bundesbank bunker accessible again! Just come over!
The tours listed above always take place on time! If the number of visitors is higher, additional tours are offered at 15-minute intervals.
The bunker can only be visited as part of a guided tour. No registration is necessary or possible – except for groups of 20 or more people. There are no parking spaces available on site: Please use our shuttle bus (May 1st – Nov 1st) or walk.
If there are large numbers of visitors, additional tours will take place every 15 minutes.

Tickets are always available on site at the ticket office or in the online shop 90 to 1 day in advance.
Special tours for individual visitors
New: special tours
Experience the Insider Tour with an exclusive tour through the former camouflage houses and the secret passage, followed by a private chat with the tour guide over a glass of bunker sparkling wine!
Our Insider Tour starts at 5:00 p.m. at the bunker entrance, where the tour guide will be waiting for you. The exclusive circular route through the underground bunker and vault system takes you to hidden corners that are not shown on the regular tour (camouflage houses, secret passage, self-sufficient supply systems). After the tour, look forward to a relaxed chat with your bunker insider over a glass of bunker sparkling wine. He will be happy to answer all your questions about the formerly top-secret kingdom of billions and provide you with one or the other anecdote from Cochem’s underworld.
Opening hours for groups - by arrangement
Would you like to visit the Bundesbank bunker with a group of 20 or more people?
Contact us today and arrange your individual appointment. A group size comprises a maximum of approx. 30 to 35 people, larger groups are divided. If the number of visitors is even larger, the further tours will take place at intervals of 15 minutes.

Groups are asked to register in good time for guided tours. We are happy to make flexible appointments, adapted to your travel plan, possible.

From now on, the insider tour can also be arranged for groups on certain days, starting at 4:00 p.m.!

Before or after a bunker tour, you can linger with your group on the sun terrace of Hotel Vintage in the season with coffee and cake, appetizers or a glass of wine. The sun terrace offers you a large selection of coffee specialties and we will be happy to serve your group warm or cold dishes on request. A visit to the Bundesbank bunker is history you can touch –
For young but also old. During a guided tour, students experience a piece of German monetary history and learn details about Germany’s secret substitute currency and the Cold War.
For school classes and kindergartens, we offer special and, depending on age, child-friendly tours.
Prices: €167.00 per group of up to 22 students and 2 teachers.
